don't be a fat french woman

Hey you all might think I am blog-crazy today. I am.
We listened to "French Women Don't Get Fat: The Secret of Eating For Pleasure" on the way down to Nashville this weekend. We highly recommend it to all of you.
Rach, I am sure you know a lot of it already from WO. Ma and Pa, you also taught us some of the principles.
It is about a woman that came to the USA as an exchange student and quickly gained 25lbs. After she went back home she visited her family doctor and he taught her the many health secrets of French women. It helped change the American lifestyle of eating (that she didn't realized she picked up) back to good ol' French ways.
Listening to the descriptions of food in her French accent was an extra delight.

It helped Jodi and I to see a bit different view of food. Nan and Kev, I think it might do the same for you. She says that you shouldn't cut out foods that you love, even if they are bad for you. Moderation and enjoyment of foods is the key. Bri, you would also enjoy.

You might it a bit odd that I wrote so much about a French lady and her food, but it could just change you life. ya never know. D:)
Even Oprah loves it.

We also learned how to find our Cheese if it has been Moved.

We are here in a place where we see someone eating what he loves best all the time, anytime he wants. He looks great healthy smiles and good poos. :)
